These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 8a88 ("8a88", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the 8a88 website located at https://8a88.io and all associated products, services, features, and content offered therein.

By accessing the 8a88 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

8a88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifetime, including but not limited to at registration, prior to your first withdrawal, upon reaching certain transaction thresholds, or when 8a88 has reasonable grounds to verify your identity.

Acceptable identity documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or another recognised authority. Proof of address documents may also be requested. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the required timeframe may result in the temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 8a88 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. You agree to notify 8a88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 8a88 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 8a88 customer support. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant game or sport rules before closure is finalised. Any remaining balance in a verified account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

All financial transactions on 8a88 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 8a88's discretion.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. 8a88 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 8a88 accepts no responsibility. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You must have completed the applicable KYC process before a withdrawal can be approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. 8a88 aims to process withdrawal requests within 3 to 24 hours under normal operating conditions; however, processing times may vary based on payment provider and verification status.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

8a88 monitors all financial activity on the platform for signs of fraudulent behaviour, money laundering, or other illegal activity. Any transaction that 8a88 reasonably suspects to be associated with such activity may be frozen, reversed, or escalated to the relevant authorities. 8a88 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to close any account found to be engaged in financial misconduct.

8a88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the point of the offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be converted to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in the specific promotion terms for each offer. Wagering contributions may vary by game type; for example, slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while live table games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the offer terms.

5.2 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issue. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited without notice. Bonus validity periods are stated at the point of each individual offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

8a88 takes a strict approach to bonus abuse. Coordinated use of bonuses, creation of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, use of automated betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any other behaviour that 8a88 reasonably determines to constitute exploitation of its promotional offers will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, account suspension, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Right to Withdraw Offers

8a88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where this would prejudice a player who has already opted in to the offer under its original terms.

All bets placed on 8a88 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are made available within the respective product areas of the platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the decision of 8a88's internal review team, informed by the relevant game provider or independent data source, shall be final and binding.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 8a88 cover cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports as listed on the platform. Bets are accepted up to the market closure time specified for each event. In-play bets may be offered at 8a88's discretion and are subject to the same settlement rules as pre-match bets. All odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) independently tested for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel. 8a88 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances. Malfunction of any game voids all play and any associated bets; in such cases, affected stakes will be refunded to the player's account balance.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within each market or game interface and may vary by product, event, or player account status. 8a88 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts based on betting behaviour, at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8a88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any other artificial means to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability on the platform, whether intentionally or by continuing to benefit after becoming aware of such an error.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal offence.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose without 8a88's prior written consent, including but not limited to operating betting syndicates or reselling platform access.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the 8a88 platform, software, or content.

All content available on the 8a88 platform, including but not limited to the 8a88 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, data compilations, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of 8a88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, publish, sell, or otherwise exploit any platform content without 8a88's prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of 8a88 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Your continued use of the 8a88 platform following the publication of any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account. Your account balance at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 8a88 platform. In the event of any dispute between you and 8a88 arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 8a88 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.
